Damari, finished, screamed into the night.
The kings and their plagues were relentless.
Damari was trapped. Soon her people would be destroyed.
There was nothing more she could do.
No more she could give.
The wind, it screamed back throwing the princess from her window, sending her sprawling across the tower floor.
And then… the wind, it smiled. A cruel, dangerous smile.
“Nothing?” He asked bright with curiosity.
Damari stood, determind to be brave while her body trembled.
She knew the warning, they were all told, but what else could she do?
To save her people? She would have to make a deal.
